I wouldn't be so sure. I've noticed a lot of figures that I thought would end up
being a bargain bin item become sold out within days of it being released.
Either there are a lot of new figure enthusiasts coming into the market
or there are a lot of big wallet scalpers taking risks to inventory for their
next Con appearance.

items go to the bargain bin only if the manufacturer over-produce the product beyond the demand of customers, to a point the stock at the shop is overflowing.
characters from games are produced in much less quantity as they don't have as much popularity as normal anime characters, hence figures like "Link" and "Samus" were out of stock so fast.
so you probably won't see this in the bargain bin either.
remember, bargain bin means shop is at a loss.

I'm feeling the same but I know that this most likely won't be a bargain bin item.Being the completist that I am,I'm going to preorder this one to go with my Alisa...Love that big cannon! :3
