It is 1/8 scale, however it is about 22 inches wide and 13.5 inches tall so it is not small at all.

Humm it's nice to have this kind of figure, but:
1) The effect and her pose didn't quite blend.
2) The picture pose looks too scattered unappealing to see.
3) Price tag is too much.
4) Pre-order for August 2013? There's a possibility that another version of this figure may come out better than this.

I like the figure so far and since the release date is a year from now..well it'll give me time to save money to buy it and ship it over :P but yeah it might be a 1/8 scale but seriously you guys need to check how massive it is, if it was something bigger..THEN you'd need a new shelf ._.

ive got a few complaints about this item
1. delayed several months before shipping
2. no instructions! a figure this complicated NEEDS instructions
3. very fragile. they use a weak adhesive to bind some of the parts, but it didnt hold, so now i have to glue several parts back together myself
4. too small for the price. thought 1/8 is sort of left up to interpretation, but it really is pretty small considering the price tag
