This is an injection-plastic kit of a science-fiction/anime item.
The type of Governor known as LAT Solid Cradle was developed for the purpose of making minors who are unsuitable as soldiers more effective as combatants. This "Hexa Gear" model figure kit from Kotobukiya features 29 points of articulation packed into its 7cm-tall body!
